The Freedom to Determine Your Destiny Through The Power Of Art

Let me start first why i add “small detour”, i was doing research on the importance of having a dream to help you move forward and changing your life when i came across this website of Dreams For Kids and got inspire to write about, because is so important especially when you are  growing up to have positive images to focus on, because what we focus is what we attract and eventually turn our life into.

This is what they do (this from their site):

i find this extremely interesting and exciting because think of the change in their life these kids will experience and finally how different their life are going to end just because they change the image of what they can become by changing whom they can emulate after.

When it comes the moment of defining your goals, that is creating what you want to manifest in life, start by thinking what that goal would look like. Wow Its amazing how moms can put you in your place no matter how old you are, rigth now its 1:20 a.m. and just finish a long long LOOONNNGG talk with my own mom and by the hour you can imagine what kind of scolding i got,so i felt like posting something to help me sink in all the information i receive, i believe the universe has its own way of setting you back into the path and there is no one better at that than your own mom, at 35 years old she is still puts me in my place and teaches me a thing or two even if its in the area that i sometimes believe i have it all together.

To fill you in, lately there has been some “challenging”times to say the least in my familiy and I got overwhelm by the flow of things to the point that i got into a cycle of negativity that kept me picturing into the door that has been closed not the many that have been open, but i got a crash curse in positive thinking with the subtlety of a mad truck.

So let me share some of the things i got reminded tonigth about Positive Thinking:

That our mind is filled with fear,limiting beliefs and feelings that sometimes block us, but that fourtunately those are lets say temporay files (like the ones in your computer) that hitting the rigth keys on our keyboard can be corrected. Those are understand,forgive and forget.

These files chains us to our past preventing us to move forward and grow, that we cant be free of them if we dont have the proper tools or lack the desicion or to put in the effort to change. The main areas were we save these negative files will be:our spiritual being, our emotions,where we create our ideas and were we store our info on how do we deal with the material world.

It is easier to access those past temporal files and changes than trying to change the new situations that are occuring in our life, in order to stop letting those past resentments from letting us experience the new gift that come into our existance, i like something Tony Robbins once said “you cant change the things that happen to you but you can change what those things mean to you” and you can do that by decideding rigth now to stop reacting to the past and start giving a change to the future.
